ABOUT SIMON LEEDER
Simon Leeder took what most people would consider a hopeless situation—living out of his car—to achieve goals that he began to set for himself. Seeing an opportunity to turn his life around, Simon accepted an entry level sales position with an executive recruiting firm in 1978, and within three years, was named Vice President. After further establishing himself in the executive recruiting realm and winning numerous awards for sales excellence, he formed SLI Associates, Inc. in 1981.
He now resides in Florida with his family, balancing a successful business with the pleasures of family life and the enjoyment of tennis, golf, running, and fishing. Simon has been an active volunteer for homeless organizations during his professional career, and has also served as a High School basketball coach.
What corporate executives are saying about the effectiveness and dramatic results that The Power of the Nickel program creator has had on their sales force and other individuals:
I have known Simon for over twenty-five years and he is one of the most inspirational and motivational speakers I’ve ever encountered. He has a unique and powerful approach that literally “lifts you up” and lets you know that anything is possible if you believe!
— Mitch Miles, CPC, President
Mitch Miles Associates, Inc.
My recruiting firm retained Simon Leeder when our revenue began to decrease. After Mr. Leeder’s motivational program with our sales team, we began to see improved attitudes and dedication. We highly recommend Mr. Leeder and consider him to be a top notch leader, motivator, and trainer.
— Richard Southern, President
Southwaite Corporation
Mr. Leeder has been a great motivator to the individuals who were seeking help in finding jobs in our program to help homeless families regain their self-sufficiency. He came to the office and counseled job hunters in interviewing skills, self-esteem, and overall motivation with tremendous results.
— Lisa Hagerman
Former Executive Director
